Grandma's 80th Birthday

Plymouth, Massachusetts- This past weekend I visited family in Massachusetts for my grandma's 80th birthday. It's always good to catch up with family and it feels good to be able to give back with my photography.

It was great weather for the party at Plymouth Plantation. We've definitely got a big family!

Streets Project: Kiersten

To begin my Streets project, Kiersten and I ended up on A1A along the beach in Boca Raton. 

And in between waiting and dodging cars. 

I'd like to continue with this personal project and create series of pictures of people in the middle of their street. Their street as in a street that represents them or has been a part of their life. Here is a random one that I photographed after Best of the Best in the middle of Biscayne Blvd. The ridiculousness of it being in the middle of major street in downtown Miami got me thinking.

I think the best streets are those where you normally would not see someone standing in the middle of it. 

So if you have a street in mind let me know. If we can make it happen I am down. 

Gasparilla 2011

Tampa, FL- It was my first time heading over to Tampa for Gasparilla. The main event of the festival is the pirate themed parade that goes along the bay. Lets just say beads were flying and people were drinking. A bunch of my friends were in town and they partied hard. Here are my favorites from the day.
